A rapper was jailed Monday after it was discovered that he threatened to kill another individual during a video call. The incident allegedly happened during the rapper’s pretrial release.

The man recorded a video; in the video, Wap threatened to kill the man and everyone with him, while displaying a gun.

Attorneys acting on behalf of prosecutors requested that Maxwell’s bond be revoked in a hearing, and he was sent to jail.

Maxwell was unavailable to comment. He is scheduled to perform in Mobile, Alabama and Austin, Texas on August 19 and 27 respectively, according to his website.

Maxwell was arrested on charges of conspiracy to smuggle drugs in the New York City area.

After posting a $500,000 bond, secured by certain property, Maxwell was released. He is not allowed to violate any local, state or federal laws and can’t possess any weapons.

Prosecutors say Maxwell went against the conditions of his release, which was evidenced by a recording of his call with the judge, eventually leading to his arrest.

Maxwell made violent threats and often acted as if he were holding a gun. He also said that his contact was “rat” after the man on the other side said the same about Maxwell.

Prosecutors did not identify the person accused of threatening John Doe.

The drug case revealed that Maxwell had been part of a conspiracy to distribute more than 100 kilograms of drugs over the course of two years.

The scheme had drugs moved from the West Coast to Long Island in hidden compartments by the U.S Postal service.

Maxwell was one of the most popular artists this year, according to the Billboard charts, since he released his debut song “Trap Queen” in May.

He was arrested in New York for DUI but was also arrested in Las Vegas on three counts of assault.
