DIED: JASON CARVER
Although his actions were somewhat justified, Chrissy’s boyfriend Jason Carver was one of the most hated new characters, and no one shed a tear after his death scene.
LIVED: VECNA
Our favorite characters fought Vecna well, but he’s the Big Bad on the show and he’ll still be around in Season 5. Will confirmed that he was injured and in pain, but still felt his presence in Hawkins.
DIED: DR. MARTIN BRENNER
After seeing Dr. Brenner torture Eleven and the other kids, we weren’t too upset to see him leave, but he redeemed himself a bit by letting go of El’s collar and helping her escape.
LIVED: MAX MAYFIELD
Max was the character we feared the most in the last two episodes of Season 4. She almost lost her battle with Vecna, but she still has hope even though she is now in a coma.
DIED: EDDIE MUNSON
Stranger Things has a habit of bringing in beloved new characters only to kill them off, but it was still heartbreaking to see Eddie Munson sacrifice his life for the greater good.
